About The Blank Project
Our Mission
The Blank Project is a nonprofit dedicated to creating safe, supportive living environments where individuals can thrive. We provide independent and assisted living homes with in-house caregivers and CNAs, along with counseling, rehabilitation, mental health services, and support for individuals with mental and developmental disabilities. With access to an on-site clinic and as an AHCCCS-approved provider, we are able to work directly with eligible members to coordinate care and bill covered services through their insurance—removing barriers to care and promoting long-term wellness.
